Empowering individual and group capacities

ToP^® (Technologies of Participation®) are practical tools for enabling highly energized, productive, inclusive and meaningful participation. All groups and organizations rely on how well their leadership is able to inspire, catalyze, and sustain shared learning and decision-making. These methods provide leaders with methods and tools that:

Recognize and honor the contributions of all
Enable a group to deal with more information or data in less time
Pool individual contributions into larger, more informative, and inclusive patterns
Welcome diversity while minimizing polarization and conflict

These practical facilitative leadership tools enable groups to have greater capacity for sharing wisdom; deeper levels of commitment and pride in owning the decisions arrived at collectively. The group becomes more responsive to change and more creative in implementation. Group facilitation methods encourage and develop broad-based initiatives and responsibility. When used effectively and consistently, they give groups a sense of both inner and outer well being.

How does our training differ from other training?

All training workshops and seminars are very practical and interactive. You will have an opportunity to actually practice the tools you receive during the training. Each session consists of a demonstration of the method, the theory behind the method, interactive learning exercises, and practice using the method.
